Your duties

• They accompany our residents and support them in their self-determined lifestyle
• Engaged, applied and responsible support our nursing staff in their activities and carry out self-regulating care measures (mobilization, support in body care or dressing)
• As part of the ALPENLAND family with flat hierarchies, you actively participate in the jointly set goals and shape your working environment together.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in nursing and have a degree as an old care worker (w/m/d)
• But even without practical experience in the field of care, you can start through the guidance of our practice managers of specialist care in the ALPENLAND family
• Your team skills and communication strength show both to our residents and their relatives as well as to doctors, cooperation partners and colleagues
• The willingness to develop and stimulate innovations and developments in old care is of course for you
