Data is your passion: strategically support the development and implementation of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to create a 360° profile as a strong foundation for personalization by consolidating all data. Strategy with Impact: You develop and implement a personalization roadmap that will help you to replace the generic approach with a data-driven and customized engagement strategy. Communication that arrives: Response personalized customer communication across all touchpoints (including app, direct marketing) and use our central customer data for a consistent approach. Enter your expertise: You develop personalized and automated new customer, activation and retention measures, especially in the area of trigger emails and marketing automation, which can be used as standard in our countries. In your responsibility: Take over the monitoring and continuous development of our central customer segments by using customer data and segmentation approaches. Your vision is important: Define new processes for successful and efficient campaign implementation from planning to evaluation.

You have completed your studies with the focus on BWL, marketing or a comparable degree program. Take advantage of your multi-year experience in project management as well as in the development of cross-channel, customer-centric personalization strategies and create real added value for our customers and the company. You bring well-founded experience in direct marketing as well as multichannel campaign management and thus prove to increase our conversion and customer life time value. Your deep knowledge of popular CDP and CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe, MS Marketing, Salesforce) is used to bring our systems to the next level. You have strong analytical skills, meet data-driven decisions based on well-founded customer insights, and also bring very good communication and presentation skills in German as well as good English skills. With your proactive, cooperative and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to inspire and integrate colleagues, you are right in the #team shopping area.
