As an Event Coordinator (m/w/d) in full-time in Essen, you'll bring together everything that makes a successful appearance: teams, products, design, logistics and a plan that also works on site. You will get an insight into our range on our product page. You plan and organize Gamegenic events in Germany and abroad – from the first vote to the post-processing You work with the Global Event Team, Marketing, Product Management and Graphics and coordinate external partners such as trade fair builders, agencies and logistics service providers You create and advise product and price lists, schedules and checklists and keeps dates, budgets and organizational processes in mind You coordinate stand graphics, displays, advertising materials and product presentations as well as trade fair construction, equipment, branding and product placement You organize shipping, shipping, storage and tracking of event materials and support in travel, hotels and transfers for the event team On site you make sure that products and materials are fully ready, coordinate daily plans and briefings and support presentations and retailer days After the event, you will collect feedback, initial evaluations and reporting and develop our processes and templates

You bring that to Gamegenic: Experience in the planning and execution of events, fairs or international events Organizational design, accuracy and safe handling of schedules, checklists, tables and presentations flowing English in word and writing as well as a clear, professional communication in the international environment A good feeling for brand appearances, product presentations and visual communication A practical, solution-oriented mode of operation – even if several tasks are at the same time pending an event Joy in cooperation with different teams and a binding appearance towards partners and customers readiness to travel to different countries and on different continents as well as flexibility in working hours in intensive event phases That would be an additional plus: You know the board game, TCG, gaming, hobby or entertainment industry You have accompanied international trade fairs or retailer events and have already worked with trade fair builders, logistics partners or event agencies You understand the collaboration between marketing, product management and graphics You use Excel, PowerPoint and teams safely or speak other foreign languages
