Maintenance: Coordination of maintenance and repair work Monitoring of service providers Analysis of consumption values and optimization Energy consumption -/cost Creation / Retrieval Offer and Maintenance Plans Documentation

Sustainability: Creating and implementing sustainability concepts for buildings Optimization of building processes under sustainability aspects in cooperation with object managers Participation in sustainability audits

Other general activities: Administrative support of the Facility Management Team Support for projects and events Communication with internal and external contacts
