As a team leader, creditors and process optimization (m|w|d) shape key financial processes and drive their further development actively. You take responsibility, make improvements visible and accompany a team that trusts you.

Team management: You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the creditor and process optimization team, promote structured, team-oriented cooperation and visualize changes. Daily business: Keep for the reliable, efficient and well-structured execution of the daily business You always keep an overview and set clear priorities. Process analysis: With your strong sense of process efficiency, you can identify optimization potentials and analyze existing processes in terms of digitization, automation and simplification. Process optimization: In the further development of processes, you drive improvements actively, develop sustainable solutions and support your team, for example, in the introduction of new software solutions. Interface management: Through close cooperation with adjacent areas such as purchasing, production, sales and IT, you promote cross-departmental cooperation and contribute to stable, reliable processes.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training, with further training in the financial sector (e.g. balance sheet holder) or an economic study. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in the financial sector and have ideally worked in a production environment. In addition, you have pronounced and detectable leadership experience. System competence: Ideally you have knowledge of SAP (FI/MM). IT affinity: You work safely with MS Office, have an openness for digital tools and bring joy in developing modern accounting processes. Management competence: It is your heart to promote employees, to give them orientation and to create a positive, motivating environment.
