Construction manager for warranty management (m/f/d)

As a central contact person, you will accompany our customers and partner companies after the construction take-off and ensure a trusting and professional communication You take over the independent processing of warranty claims taking into account legal, economic and customer-oriented requirements With your technical understanding, you will examine, analyse and evaluate any defects that occur and guide the necessary measures for clarification You coordinate and control our partner companies in the professional and timely elimination of defects and keep in mind quality, costs and dates Through your service- and solution-oriented operation, ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute significantly to a positive customer experience You follow warranty cases up to their successful completion and ensure transparent documentation of all processes

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), electrical/supply technology, architecture or successfully completed training as a master / technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the handling of turnkey residential and commercial properties Good knowledge of VOB and construction High communication capability, independent and structured operation
