Order registration Checking the delivery documents and matching with the orders Documentation Editing lists Data management Verification of invoices and, where appropriate, booking of goods Processing of complaints and returns Communication with departments

Complete training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification desirable Experience in the acceptance of goods desirable Secure handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills and a friendly appearance Self-working, organisational skills and accuracy Teamability and durability Reliability, punctuality and sense of responsibility Good German in Word and Writing
