shall include all activities of a full legal expert, in particular: Legal support of departments, including gambling law, procurement law, gambling law, trademark law, general civil, criminal, lease and administrative law Support of procurement procedures (in particular contract creation and assistance in the preparation of award documents) Applications for approvals and the examination of conditions of participation Processing various tasks in the fields of data protection law, advertising, procurement, social media marketing Processing of other topics, e.g. country-day requests, preparation of meetings, implementation and ensuring compliance with new legal developments and requirements

Two legal state examina with predicate Ideally professional experience in procurement and gambling law Ability to work quickly and fundamentally into new and foreign topics, to develop solutions and to explain them to the specialist departments Safe, diplomatic appearance and solution-oriented, independent working, readiness for services and team skills Embossed own initiative and earnings orientation, conceptual skills Understanding business and organizational relationships Very good written and oral expressability
