In your position, you take the following activities: In the 2nd Level Support, you will ensure the stable operation of our solutions, products and services and support customers: You analyse errors independently, correct disturbances structured and give qualified feedback to customers: inside and internal teams All steps taken are carefully documented so that a comprehensible and complete ticket history is created You will systematically process tickets according to priority, support issues with shared peripheral hardware and accompany updates as well as more complex upgrades For defined topics, you take responsibility, share your knowledge actively in the team and promote the further development of our Knowledge Base as well as the incorporation of new colleagues:
