Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

You support our Recruiting team in operational day-to-day business, including searching for new employees and implementing appropriate measures. You take the candidate management by terminating conversations and requesting missing documents. You start job alerts and after an initial period of incorporation, you also enter your own open vacancies incl. Implementation of the interviews. In the field of community management, you share open vacancies on various networks and platforms. You support the team in organizing and implementing assessment centers and participate in exciting projects in the field of personal marketing.

You are currently studying in the field of business, economics, economic psychology or a comparable field of study. You are an organizational institution, working independently and solution-oriented – in combination with mobile work and in presence on site. The safe handling of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Teams, is of course for you. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
