It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure patient care. From 01.07.2025 we are looking for a Deputy Nursing Service and Head of the Centre for Children and Women in combination (m/w/d) in full time in the 5-day week.

Management and further development of the central practical manager Ensuring and maintaining quality standards Coordination and cooperation with the nursing director and care management Personnel management, personnel requirements, acquisitions, staff retention in the children's and women's clinic in cooperation with the nursing service Updating and implementing legal requirements Introduction of new concepts and projects in coordination with the PDL Representation of care services

A successfully completed study in the field of care or health management based on training in health care and child care or health care is desirable Qualifications for practical instructions Management and management experience and the ability to continuously develop Representative expertise and social competence as well as analytical skills and creativity Knowledge in the application of modern management and communication instruments The willingness to constructive and targeted cooperation with care services The willingness to implement the company's strategic and economic objectives A high degree of self-motivation and self-initiative Finded experience in child medicine and/or childbirth aid as part of activity in a Perinatal Center Level-1 desirable Understanding and developing ideas in practice for generalist nursing training
