You actively enter the travel agencies in the regions of the PLZ areas 29-33, 38 & 48-49 and make sure that their concerns and questions are treated professionally You conduct annual discussions with the sales partners, set common goals and plan sales promotion measures to boost sales You are responsible for budget and sales for your area and make sure that the defined goals are achieved You are responsible for the development and development of new sales channels/partners and for the active sale of group trips (e.g. by market analyses, research work, telephone acquisition) You work closely with the Trade Marketing team by creating briefings and presentations for implementing sales promotion measures You take care of the analysis and evaluation of sales developments, the creation of management reports and the maintenance of all relevant systems and databases You organize and run presence and online trainings/webinars to best support our sales partners and accompany seminar trips and boat visits Trade fair appearances and the organization of sales events fall within your responsibility to increase the visibility of our brand and promote sales

You have completed a tourist training or a study in the area of tourism You look back on more years of experience in a tourist company (ideally at a travel agency, tour operator or cruise company) You understand yourself as a communication and sales talent, have a convincing appearance as well as pleasure in carrying out trainings and presentations A sales and service-oriented mode of operation is self-evident and you can effectively use negotiation skills Very good English skills and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) complete your profile You bring the willingness to travel You live either in Hamburg or in Lower Saxony or NRW (PLZ-area 29-33, 38 & 48-49)
