You shape the UCC and Voice architecture: As an IT System Architect Voice & Unified Communications (gn), you take the technical responsibility in designing and developing the group-wide communication architectures. You think End‐to-End: From integration scenarios to complete migration strategies - You bring things clean from A to B. Technical guidance: In projects, you take the tax and make sure that internal teams and external partners move along the same line - and the shop runs round. Trendsetter: New technologies check for practicality and make clear, strategic recommendations. Architecture craftsmanship: architectural blueprints, guidelines and operating models are designed to make everyone aware of how it is done properly - understandable, clean and stable. Security foundation: Security, compliance and quality are not an edge theme for you, but the basis on which everything stands – from the first concept to the current operation. You keep the store running: By participating in the standby service, you make sure that our systems remain available and our quality claim is not just a promise, but a living everyday life

You got it on it; Whether computer science, business informatics, news technology, network technology or a comparable technical training (manufacturer)- main thing completed and with real passion for communication. UCC is your field of play: experience in architecture, design and operation of complex UCC environments? Perfect! You can use: VoIP, SIP, Microsoft Teams, SBCs (e.g. audio codes), Carrier connections or Contact Center technologies: You know the tools that really make up a modern communication environment. Architecture is your craft: You work with enterprise architecture methods and bring experience in the technical project management.
