Your duties

You can serve our entire sales area with office location in Balingen, Ellhofen or Offenburg

• They are the first contact person for our independent merchants in all strategic and operational issues and take the role of an interface between retail and wholesale
• You win our merchants for new concepts and strategies of the EDEKA Südwest
• You analyze and optimize the range and control sales-enhancing market activities
• They advise on investments and strategic business development
• You create analyses to identify market potentials
• They support business transfers and inventory
• You maintain and manage the CRM system and work in conformity with our goods management system
• They develop and implement action packages
• They observe and arrange the market processes and have always looked at efficiency and efficiency

Your conditions

• You have a completed business studies or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and training and relevant practical experience in food retailing
• A passion for business processes and a preference for designing assortments are your strengths
• They inspire with strategic thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• They have a high level of customer orientation, empathy and team spirit
• They bring strength of communication and conviction
• You are safe to use MS Office products and SAP
• You have a valid driving licence class B and are happy to travel
