Customer service technician - Service / Maintenance / Repair (m/f/d)

Our company, with its over 55 employees, is part of the WORTMANN group of companies (total turnover over 2.1 billion euros). You carry out service, maintenance and repair work on SHK systems with our commercial customers You analyse errors independently and correct disturbances on site You operate sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, check and optimise these You document the work done and give feedback to the internal service You work closely with internal service, project manager:internal sales You do not take on personnel responsibility

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic:in SHK (m/w/d) or a comparable technical training You bring professional experience in customer service / service field service with (of advantage) You have well-founded knowledge in the field of sanitary, heating and climate You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You own a class B license You are friendly, reliable and team-capable You can demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience
