Senior Manager Quality & Testing (m/w/d) – Online Platforms / (Test Manager (m/w/d) – Focus on Test Strategie & Qualitätssicherung für Online Services) Location: Munich

You take over the independent further development of the test strategy for SBK's online services, including: selection of suitable test methods, defining test types and priorities; Identification of potential risks in the development process and corresponding mitigation measures

You develop the SBK test methods and processes across the project. You are responsible for and driving the conceptual development of the test and quality processes in exchange with Product Owns, Developers and Operation You initiate and control projects for further automation of our test procedures and their ongoing maintenance

Conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of test measures in projects and in the agile product development process You develop test cases from professional functional requirements and agree with stakeholders. You support the formulation and completion of acceptance criteria under quality assurance aspects You identify the required test data and system components and ensure their availability. You control the test execution, document and report the results. For individual projects, you also take on operational test tasks.

You take on an internal (test procedure) consultancy with the teammates and other stakeholders. Depending on the further development of the test processes, there is an option to take over the professional management of operational testers.

Successfully completed study of economic informatics or computer science. Other qualifications are also welcome with appropriate professional experience. At least 5 years of professional experience in software test management, especially with focus on digital app/web processes and applications (frontend and backend). Proven experience in the independent design, development and implementation of test strategies for complex digital products and web/app services, including the selection of suitable test methods and types. Good knowledge of test methodology and process optimization in agile development contexts Good understanding of software and system architectures Good practical knowledge in the field of test automation and test data generation Safe handling of Confluence and JIRA as well as special test management tools such as Xray, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Jenkins and the like, as well as corresponding reporting and analysis functions. Embossed quality and customer orientation High initiative and (destructive) creativity in testing case design or Test implementation Strong capabilities to identify and analyze causes of errors and to develop creative solutions to ensure quality and efficiency in the test process. Strong oral and written communication skills to understand complex test strategies, risks and results. Certification of the ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester and/or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Flowing German knowledge at low level
