CFO Assistant (m/f/d)

Strategic discharge: Proactive and far-sighted support of CFO in operational day-to-day business as well as active management of email mailbox and support in strategic financial and corporate projects. Information management: Ensuring a smooth pre- and post-processing of meetings, including pre-read, recording protocols and action tracking. Stakeholder Management: Professional interface and first contact for internal and external top stakeholders ( supervisory board, banks, auditors and global management of Heraeus OpCos). In addition, close coordination with the direct reports of the CFO and the GELT members. Agenda management: coordination and prioritization of dates, meetings and documents for the CFO and ensuring a smooth flow of information. Complex appointment and travel management: Sovereign control of a highly dynamic global agenda taking into account priorities, including detailed travel planning and billing. Correspondence: Creation of high-class and confidential correspondence in German and English.

Completed study (Bachelor or Master) or comparable, extremely high-quality commercial training Multiannual, well-founded professional experience at C-Level level (Chair / Managing Director), ideally in an international corporate environment, strategy consulting or investment banking Mastery of the MS Office package, basic understanding for SAP and modern digital collaboration tools as well as the curiosity and willingness to develop the task with regard to the use of AI Expressed analytical skills to quickly capture complex financial and operational financial relationships and to prepare information, to create decision templates and to present key figures in a structured manner German and English knowledge in word and writing and secure communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as external partners Embossed organizational skills, a structured and predictive way of working Absolute discretion and diplomatic enforcement strength as well as a pronounced “hands-on” mentality
