You are data-enhancing and want to use and expand the numerous possibilities of a leading asset manager's data? As the Data Intelligence, Systems and Consulting department, we are responsible for all sales data for the Union Investment private customer segment. We analyze customers, products and sales processes to gain valuable insights. Be part of the team and shape the future with us! We are looking for you as support for the following topics: Conception and implementation of machine learning and data science models in the context of potential and market processing analyses as well as customer selections and data analysis in the field of web tracking Development of data modelling concepts for the development of mathematical-statistic solutions for a wide range of questions from the marketing, sales and customer service departments Takeover of the role of the data protection coordinator:in, maintenance of the directorate of processing activities, support for DPIAs/DSFAs, handling of data subjects, data protection incidents and “Privacy by Design” Creation and maintenance of data flow and interface maps, coordination with data governance, IT, CISO and architecture to ensure transparency, traceability and compliance Systematic monitoring, analysis and interpretation of new and planned requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR/DSGVO, DGA, ePrivacy etc.) as well as deriving concrete measures for our data processing in the field of private customers Active role in corporate and group-wide initiatives, programmes and bodies as an expert on data and AI regulation; Coordination with relevant stakeholders

You fit us and this responsible position when you bring: Complete university studies of statistics, mathematics, data science or business informatics Multiannual experience in data analytics, data science and data processing Safe handling of machine learning programming languages as well as statistics software and database systems (preferably Python and SQL, but also R, Tableau, PowerBI) Qualification as a data protection coordinator:in or first experiences in the field of data protection, digital regulation or AI regulation desirable Knowledge of relevant frameworks: EU AI Act, GDPR/DSGVO, Data Governance Act (DGA), FiDA/Open Finance or Willingness to work into this Ability to prepare complex regulatory requirements for addressing and transfer them to operational processes, as well as strong stakeholder management across legal, risk, data governance, IT and departments A way of working is characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team capacity.
