selects and monitors the request input in its area of responsibility via appropriate evaluation options processes customer requests for contractual invoices and contractual contents creates manual credits and corrections of invoices processes operations for price adjustment, calculations and balance sheet calculation and cancellation costs processes business incidents and complaints in its area

documents and processes termination transactions (sighting of property data, contracts, complaint history, contractual termination options and creates residual rate and cancellation simulations) prepares customer contact by other places and initiates this initiates activities resulting from customer contact, tunes them with the relevant functional areas and monitors them takes the final termination management in the systems
