For the data point we are looking for an at the next time Business Analystin für Fach- und IT-Processen (m/w/div) Location: Würzburg administrative location Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 28.07.2025 Call number: 05-024-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The Pension Insurance Data Centre (DSRV) operates customer-oriented electronic communication between pension insurance providers and the insured persons and other authorities. A large project will be used to renew DSRV's central IT within the framework of a program structure comprising 11 different IT projects. The DSRV currently operates on the basis of historically grown IT (infra) structures and has already begun extensive modernization measures. The complex project is therefore of central importance in order to take significant steps to secure the future for the DSRV and thus also for the DRV Bund. This vacancy is limited within the scope of a project until 31.12.2028, with the option of extension.

Analysis, efficient design as well as independent modeling of existing and new processes (BPMN and possibly UML) as a joint team task Evaluate and prioritize requirements as well as verify their technical feasibility within the framework of predefined standards and in line with relevant sustainability aspects Coordinating requirements with different IT teams, as well as maintaining correct and timely achievement Participation in the creation of relevant documentation, including the adoption of an advisory function to safeguard and maintain predetermined formalities Designing problem solutions as well as transferring these solutions into IT processes, taking into account the interface requirements Initiating and perceiving a demand-oriented and continuous exchange with stakeholders and establishing target-group-specific solution-oriented communication Moderate and conduct cross-functional workshops and project meetings to develop solutions Maintaining E2E requirements including regular cross-departmental coordination activities

A successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification, for example through an IT-specific qualification, a completed vocational training in the IT sector with a corresponding long-term practical experience or comparable relevant practical experience Multiannual job-relevant professional experience and current knowledge, especially in the context of business analysis, in request analysis, process modeling and IT-based optimization of business processes Experience with model-based development (MBSE) of business processes in UML and BPMN as well as agile methods (Scrum, KanBan), with tools such as Jira and Confluence Ideally, you have knowledge of software development processes and the software industry Technical understanding of databases, web services, API design and software architectures is beneficial and APIs, JSON, REST and GraphQL should not be foreign words Communication strength, a structured and solution-oriented way of working and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way and to take into account the views and interests of others, complete your profile
