You: As a lead consultant, the further development of our HR/IT strategy in the interaction of SAP HCM (on-premise) and SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud). analyses requirements from the HR sector, develops sustainable solutions and ensures a stable, sustainable and harmonised system landscape. advises internal customers at eye level - strategic, technical and process. Controls complex projects in the Würth Group's international corporate environment and brings your experience into the system and process design. is responsible for the further development of the SAP time economy and/or SAP content accounting - including customizing schemes, rules and their integration into the payroll.

You are an experienced SAP HCM professional with a view to the whole - and deep technical understanding? Great! If you also bring this, we should meet. You: have completed a degree of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. has at least 6 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment - ideally complemented by knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors. know you with complex SAP system landscapes and know how to integrate on-premise and cloud technically clean. works structured, independent and communicates safely in German and English in the global environment. are a team player with hands-on mentality, take professional responsibility and actively forward your technical know-how to colleagues.
