You analyse complaints, take root causes and guide sustainable correction and improvement measures. You ensure uniform, structured and timely processing of all complaints. You are the central specialist contact for customers:inside, supplier:inside, works and internal specialist areas.You are generating complaint data, initial reporting, and guide action fields for continuous improvement. You actively participate in the digitization and further development of our complaint processes.
You have successfully completed a technical, scientific or food technology study or a comparable qualification. You bring at least two years of professional experience in quality or complaint management, ideally in the food industry or in a comparable environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of the causes analysis as well as process and quality management and are structuring and analytic about complex issues. You communicate safely and professionally in German and English in word and writing; further language skills, such as Polish or French, are of advantage. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep track of different interests and interfaces. You enter in- and external contact persons with a strong communication and confident relationship: you enjoy developing processes and advancing digital solutions.
