Project Manager Railway Communication Technology (m/f/d)

Project Responsibility: Individually responsible planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of communication technology Coordination & Control: Organisation of the construction process and coordination of all parties involved in the project such as customers, construction managers, technicians and contractors Customer Management: Central contact for our customers, in particular in the vicinity of Deutsche Bahn, including coordination with appointments, costs and quality Construction monitoring: monitoring of the progress of construction taking into account quality, costs, appointments and safety at work, as well as participation in construction and decreases Project organization: Planning material delivery, carrying out material orders and ensuring a smooth project sequence Documentation & Reporting: Creation of project-relevant documents such as construction schedules, scales, supplements, constructional disability displays and invoice documents Development perspective: step-by-step takeover of leadership tasks with a clearly defined perspective on the Head of Division

Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience (approximately 3-5 years) in the project business, ideally in the construction, railway, mobile or infrastructure environment Qualification: A completed study of electrical engineering, communications and telecommunications technology, information technology, industrial engineering with a technical focus, technical information technology or comparable technical discipline Alternative qualification: Complete training as a state-tested technician or master, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, communications technology, information technology or telecommunications technology, mechatronics, energy and building technology Leadership potential: First leadership experience or strong motivation to take responsibility and develop into leadership Industry experience: Experience in the environment of Deutsche Bahn or near-track service providers desirable Working methods: Structured, independent and resilient working methods with a high level of organisation and enforcement Personality: Patience, empathy and the ability to adapt to complex and partly bureaucratic customer structures Mobility: Project-related readiness (mainly Germany) and mandatory driving licence Languages: Very good German knowledge (at least C1); English is not a must, but of advantage
