For our constantly growing service team with currently 25 employees we are looking for Service engineer with focus on electrical engineering (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the field for the regions Freiburg, Hoch- und Südschwarzwald, Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis

you are responsible for the service operations with our customers in your area of application. install and operate large-scale electric kitchen appliances and instructs customers professionally. analyse and correct disturbances directly on site. carry out maintenance and revisions according to manufacturer specifications. you are technical contact for our customers and ensure high service and customer satisfaction.

have a successfully completed training as an electronics technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable training. is inspired by a pronounced service mentality. has a structured and customer-oriented way of working. are owned by the license class B and are happy to travel in the car. know relevant regulations, standards and guidelines (VDE / DVGW).
