Project Portfolio Management Officer (m/f/d)

You actively develop and implement our company-wide digitalization strategy and coordinate the implementation of central digitization projects independently. In doing so, you control projects targeted and ensure efficient and transparent use of resources. For the management, you will regularly create meaningful reports on project status, risks, budgets and dependencies. In addition, you support our project management through consulting and coaching, optimize individual project management and solve target conflicts early and solution-oriented. As a key player in project management, you network internal and external stakeholders and take a key role with high visibility within the organization. At the same time, you actively promote a cooperative, trusting and solution-oriented project culture.

You have a completed master's or graduate degree in Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. You bring experience in the motivation, leadership and knowledge transfer of project teams and implement them safely in practice. You bring several years of professional experience in project portfolio management or in the management of complex projects and know the core processes of the energy industry very well.
