Projektleiter (w/m/d) Company: B. Braun Avitum AG Location: Glandorf, Niedersachsen, Germany Functional area: Production Working model: On site Requirement number: 11745 We are looking for dedicated technical production staff (m/w/d) to build and operate our new, state-of-the-art production line in the field of pharmaceutical flushing solutions. In this role, you make an important contribution to the safe and quality production of our products and actively contribute to the establishment of efficient production processes. You work in a regulated environment with high quality standards and have the opportunity to introduce and develop your technical skills in an innovative and forward-looking work environment.

You are responsible for commissioning and the professional operation of production plants and machines You shall ensure complete documentation of the manufacturing processes in compliance with applicable quality and GMP requirements. You carry out fault analyses independently and in the team and implement suitable measures for sustainable troubleshooting. You plan, coordinate and support maintenance and maintenance measures to ensure plant availability.

You have a successfully completed technical or craft training or a comparable qualification. You bring a strong technical understanding and willingness to work into new processes and technologies. You have experience in the structured way of working as well as handling technical documentation and production processes. Working in a 3-layer system or in a fully continuous layer is not a problem for you. First experiences in project work, training concepts or in the regulatory environment are advantageous. Personal competencies: You act responsibly, make informed decisions and stand for their implementation. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You communicate clearly and cooperate with the team and with internal and external interfaces. You show their own initiative, willingness to learn and are open to feedback on continuous further development.
