You take over the operational handling in the deposit business and accompany the new installation of customers and accounts and depots in the customer and deposit management team You process the current daily business in the customer and account system independently and structured You will take care of the handling of orders from the ECO Backoffice and check24 You take over the plant, care and quality assurance of customer, account and legitimation data You are available to customers and internal interfaces as competent contact persons for processing orders You ensure high quality and efficiency in production and service processes You implement consumer and supervisory requirements customer-oriented and practical

You have a bank-specific or commercial training with first experience in banking services At best, You bring first practical experiences in the area of account-related material processing with You are technically affin and ideally have knowledge in agree21BAP or another core banking system You have a pronounced process-oriented thinking and action Personally, you are characterized by a safe and convincing appearance, as well as by the strength of argumentation, enforcing and awareness of responsibility
