Technical and organizational management of the workshop with three employees Planning, control and coordination of daily workshop processes (about 25% of your working time) Active cooperation in the maintenance, maintenance and repair of our commercial vehicles and special constructions (about 75% of your working time) Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical vehicle components Preparation of vehicles for main tests and safety tests Ensuring efficient and timely order processing and compliance with all statutory safety regulations and quality standards Close coordination with the management regarding planning and further development of the workshop

(m/w/d), Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w/d), Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) or a comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience, ideal for commercial vehicles First experience in leadership or motivation to take responsibility for a team Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and vehicle electronics Team skills and joy in motivating and developing employees The master title is of advantage, but no condition Class C/CE driving licences as well as trainer accommodation are desirable, but no condition
