Your tasks... • Support and further development of relationships with cinema customers • Coordination and negotiation of local marketing measures, conditions and trailer placements • Maintenance and updating of data and operational support within the distribution systems • Control of distribution of advertising and marketing materials • Monitoring of box-office data, visitor numbers, accounting and open receivables • Coordination of KDM processes and support in re-publications and alternative content • Management of rights structures and maintenance of the film catalogue and support in reporting and system maintenance Experience and qualifications • Experience in sales, ideally in the media or entertainment industry • Understanding technical aspects of film, video and digital formats • knowledge of the cinema market and its structures • Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers and partners • Understanding digital platforms such as websites, online shops or social media Disabled people are welcome in our company and are particularly taken into account with the same suitability. In this Hamburg-based position, you will play a key role in maximising the commercial success of film releases with cinema exhibitors. Working close with the Sales Manager, you will support account management while coordinating alternative content and catalogue re-releases. Your Role Accountabilities... • Support and develop relationships with cinema clients • Coordinate activities and negotiate local marketing, commercial terms, and trailer placements • Maintain accurate data and support operational processes within sales systems • Oversee the distribution of advertising and promotional materials • Monitor box office performance, admissions, invoicing, and receivables • Coordinate KDM processes and support alternative content and catalogue re-releases • Maintain rights management and film catalogue records while supporting reporting system upkeep

• Background in sales, ideally within media or entertainment • Understanding of technical aspects of film, video, and digital formats • Awareness of the cinema exhibition • Ability to build and maintain effective client and partnership relationships • Familiarity with digital platforms search as websites, e-commerce, or social media
