as of now within the framework of a transfer of workers, with option to take over.

Your profile:

(m/w/d) or comparable

• Strong communication capability
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CRM (SAP)
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Dutch language skills are desirable
• Knowledge from the technical environment is advantageous
• Class B driving licence
• A growth-oriented approach

Your tasks:

• Contact care with new and existing customers
• Processing of requests and orders
• Creation of offers
• Administrative collection of workflows in CRM (customer data management)
• Complete orders and correct creation of files for handling orders
• Development and coordination of orders with suppliers and the sister company
• Send and accept packages
• Monitor the delivery times of ongoing orders and take appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Invoicing
• Planning and administrative processing of service orders and requests
