You're expecting If something is not going on a trip, our customers need quick clarity and a reliable response. As Damage Regulator Travel Insurance (m/w/d) you check and regulate performances independently, carefully and service-oriented. You can expect a one-year temporary part-time job with 26 hours a week, flexible time and smart working, hybrid at the Munich site or predominantly from the home office.

Your tasks

Directions: You are the first contact person for our customers, accept damage messages by phone and ensure a comprehensible, service-oriented processing Check performance claims: You evaluate your own claims from travel insurance, in particular in the areas of travel cancellation, travel baggage as well as account and financial protection letter Regulate Damages: You make informed decisions as part of your power of attorney and ensure a swift, careful and comprehensible regulation Recognize Regress: You identify possible regression claims early and document them reliably in our damage system That's what you bring Insurance training: You have a completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance businessman / insurance businesswoman or with comparable qualification in the insurance environment Regulatory experience: You have at least one year experience in damage or performance regulation, for example within travel, international health, accident, life or liability insurance Professional understanding: Ideally, you have basic medical, business or legal knowledge and can safely arrange different facts Communication: You are very confident in German and good in English; further foreign language skills are a plus Working methods: You work independently, carefully and decision-making and keep a service-oriented look even for demanding customer requests You bring your expertise into a responsible part-time position and work independently in exchange with a motivated team. Depending on the professional experience and qualification, the full-time salary is between 40,000 and 50,000 euros gross. The remuneration is proportional at 26 hours per week.
