You design, control and optimise holistic email marketing programs (Lead Nurturing, Lifecycle, Reactivation) along defined goals and KPIs. You develop segmentation and personalization logic, derive target groups from CRM data and continuously improve the relevance of the content. You are responsible for campaign planning including Content recordings, timing, shipping logic, frequency management and coordination with internal stakeholders. You implement marketing automation routes, test hypotheses (A/B and multivariate tests) and systematically scale successful approaches. You control operational implementation and quality: templates, availability, consent management, data hygiene and compliance with GDPR standards.
