It's waiting for you Check the day-to-day business: Make sure the daily operation runs smoothly in one of our hubs (distribution center) and our local EPV fleet (electric Picnic Vehicle) is ready to use at any time Team Leadership: In addition to layer planning, you will also take over the leadership, incorporation and continuous development of your own team from 50+ Runnern (drivers) as a team leader Last Mile Logistik (m/w/d). Process optimization: With the help of key figures and reports, you can track improvement potentials and develop clever solutions to optimize processes and flow of goods in your hub even more efficiently. Delivery management: You take responsibility when the truck arrives with fresh goods and make sure everything fits! And if there's something missing, you'll quickly organize deliveries – you always keep an overview Teamwork: In a steady exchange with our Customer Success Team, our central warehouse and the central team, you develop strategies to continuously improve our service and make our customers even more happy Strategic tasks: You analyze forecasts, plan the coming days and manage the ordering windows of our customers to ensure an optimal process

A completed study or vocational training in logistics, retail or similar fields Experience in managing teams and working with key figures Strong communicative skills and self-confident appearance The ability to solve analytical problems independently, to work independently and to guide projects A valid class B license to drive our electric cars Flowing German and basic English skills
