You are technically and commercially responsible for the management of the 10 employees of the branch. You are all responsible for the economic and organizational success of the establishment. Your duties include: Control and strategic expansion of the operational business in the field of fire and water damage restoration. Own management of projects as responsible project manager. Customer acquisition, support and further development – especially insurance and house management. Leadership, development and motivation of the existing team. Responsibility for the budget, earnings and economic indicators of the branch. Optimization of existing processes and active development of the site. You report to the managing director at the headquarters (in another German city).

At least 5 years of professional experience in fire and water damage restoration First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility Business knowledge and sales affinity and pleasure in customer acquisition Knowledge of VOB and its ATV's Knowledge of mold remediation is advantageous Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence
