Your tasks:

• The building manager is responsible for the organisation, implementation, monitoring of the work and the contractually agreed delivery by the subcontractor. It is also responsible for implementing technical/contractual specifications.
• Construction progress control and schedule tracking as well as the initiation of counter- or counter- Acceleration measures with imminent delay. Cost control of the calculated budget.
• Identify opportunities/risk and active support in follow-up management.
• Creating, tracking and documenting red entries (as built).
• Responsible for HSE compliant execution of the work and its documentation (contract and/or country specific). Support by HSE Manager.
• develop and maintain customer relationship

Your qualification:

• A university degree (Bachelor or Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering
• Experience in the Turn Key / EPC business with and have ideally experience in the field of HGÜ and/or FACTS
• Plant knowledge
• Experiences as HSE and/or SiGeko coordinator
• German and English skills
• Other language skills are welcome
• They are ready for worldwide missions and mainly long-term operations at construction sites in Germany and abroad
