Working student* in the field of personnel (HR) Up to 20 hours/week (in the lecture period after consultation). Increase possible in lecture-free time

Organization and support of pupil practitioners Support in recruiting, e.g. at job and training fairs Assistance in occupational health management Working with personnel projects and employees-Benefits Organisation and support at personnel events General administrative and organisational activities in the personnel sector

Continuous study with a focus on staff (e.g. BWL, economic psychology, economics or comparable degree programme with a focus on staff) Interest in personnel topics and administrative processes Structured, independent and reliable operation Organisational strength and communication skills Team skills as well as a friendly and safe occurrence Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
