WE BEEPS

• Attractive remuneration between €21.50 and €24.00 per hour – depending on qualifications and professional experience

• Wages development according to TV BZ Chemistry with regular adjustments according to the tariff requirements

• Regular working hours in the 3-shift system with early, late and Night shift: Early shift from 06:00 to 14:00, late shift from 14:00 until 22:00 and night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 - The Night shift week starts on Sunday at 22:00 and ends Friday morning at 06:00; otherwise the working time of Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS

• They operate, control and monitor pharmaceuticals Production plants and place compliance with more defined Safe manufacturing processes and applicable GMP requirements
• You take over the preparation, filling and cleaning of Production plants and perform necessary plant changes in product changes taking into account hygiene, quality and Security requirements through
• They conduct controlled start-up and departure processes of and monitor relevant process parameters during continuous production
• You are taking over set-up and preparatory activities Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
• They provide materials, materials and equipment in accordance with the production requirements and ensure their proper use in the manufacturing process
• You carry out in-process controls and document all Production steps, test results and relevant process data in accordance with the GMP guidelines
• You recognize process deviations, disturbances and Quality, report and support structured error analysis and correction
• They work closely with the fields of production, technology and Quality assurance together to ensure a safe and trouble-free Ensuring plant operation
• You create a complete and comprehensible documentation all steps, process data and deviations in the provided systems and documentation
• You must comply with all relevant regulations Safety, hygiene, quality and product safety pharmaceutical production environment safe

PROFIL

• They have a completed technical or chemical (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), Production Manager (m/w/d), Machine and

• Alternatively, you can get practical professional experience from pharmaceutical, chemical or industrial production and experience in the operation and monitoring of production plants with

• Ideally you already have experience in one GMP-regulated production environment and know the requirements for quality-relevant manufacturing processes

• They preferably bring knowledge in operation, monitoring and cleaning of production plants and in setup and Product change processes with

• You have a good technical understanding of Production processes, plant functions and safe handling Technical facilities

• They are ready in the 3-layer system with early, late and Night shift to work and bring the necessary time Flexibility with

• You have secure computer skills for Documentation and processing of production data

• You work carefully, reliable and quality-conscious and place particular emphasis on compliance with hygiene and Safety standards

• You are responsible for pharmaceutical products, Application materials and production specifications

• They are characterized by team skills, willingness to learn and motivate, continuously in the pharmaceutical Developing production environment
