From standard conformity to construction project, from patient experience to process digitalization: You hold the threads together. Quality strategy: You implement the quality policy – concrete, effective and team-oriented Audits & Standards: You prepare external audits, conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with standards Processes with structure: You develop and optimize clinical-wide processes in cooperation with the specialist departments Patient Security & Feedback: Analyze feedback, manage errors and strengthen an open communication culture Project management: You initiate, coordinate and manage projects for the sustainable development of our organization Communication & Training: You give quality management a face – through targeted information and practical training Close cooperation with the management: You work strategically with and translate quality objectives into concrete projects and structures

A completed study in health care (e.g. health or nursing scholars), business management or a comparable qualification – alternatively a corresponding vocational training with recognised training in the QM (e.g. quality officer:r) Experience in quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Practical project competence, ideally in clinical, construction or digitization projects A structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and communication and interface strength Remarkable: knowledge in change management or digital QM tools
