Keeping, breeding and care of transgenic mice and rats under barrier conditions Assistance in and implementation of animal-experimental projects and interventions, e.g. sampling for genotyping, blood withdrawals, stress assessments Hygiene monitoring according to FELASA recommendations Documentation of livestock and breeding processes using the tick@lab database Control of technical equipment, e.g. IVC ventilation station, cage changing station disinfection and sterilization work Knowledge of embryo transfer and cryoconservation of advantage
