We are looking for the three-and-a-half-year dual study of human resources management (Bachelor of Arts) from 01.10.2026. With this degree you qualify as a HR Allround talent and can actively participate in various areas of human resources management. The dual study takes place in our company and the IU Internationale Hochschule am Campus Frankfurt. This is what we expect: Experience practice: You will gain intensive insights into the entire structures and processes of modern personnel management, e.g. recruiting, personnel development and personnel administration Configure: Within the dual study you already take responsibility for various small projects and tasks during your field assignments Further winding: Through regular feedback, project work and training, we promote your individual development Administering knowledge: In parallel to practice Your knowledge of personnel management in the university

The activities in personnel management are versatile and varied. That's why you're interested in different topics around people, organization and modern working environments and are delighted to help shape and coordinate processes.
