Electronic & Control Architecture: You develop and manage the complete electronics and control architecture of our machines and plant modules. You make sure that electronic systems, control logics and mechatronic integrations are consistent, scalable and robust. Conception & development of electronic systems: You design, dimension and develop independent electronic modules, assemblies and control subsystems, including performance, movement and temperature-relevant functions in the machine and plant environment. Drive technology & design of central components: You take over the dimensioning, design and selection of electric drive systems as well as their essential components (motors, controllers, power electronics) taking into account mechanical, electrical, thermal acoustic framework conditions. Modeling, Simulation & System Analysis: You create and analyze motion and load profiles, simulate system properties in terms of dynamics, energy requirements and thermal design, and derive resilient architecture and design decisions. System modeling & interface specification: You build consistent system models, functional architectures and precise interface specifications that ensure reliable integration into the entire system. Control logic & control algorithms: You define and implement control logic, control algorithms and functional processes and ensure that these are stable, safe and norm-compliant. Testing, Integration & Verification: You plan and carry out functional, integration and system tests at module and plant level. In addition, you accompany the integration, commissioning and troubleshooting in the entire system. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with mechanics/mechatronics, electrical design, software/automation, simulation/testing, assembly and quality assurance as well as with system suppliers and contribute to smooth system integration across all disciplines. Platform strategies & further development: You actively participate in platform strategies, modularization concepts and the technological development of our systems.

Technical qualification: You have a degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, automation technology, systems engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Experience in electronics and control development: You bring well-founded experience in the field of electronics and control development in machine or plant engineering and understand complex mechatronic relationships. Drive technology & system dynamics: You have deep know-how in drive technology, analysis of movement profiles, thermal designs and ideally acoustic system aspects. Digital tools, modeling & ECAD: You are safe to use ECAD tools and bring experience in signal/interface design, modeling and simulation (e.g. dynamic, energetic, thermal, acoustic). System integration & industrial communication: You have experience with industrial communication, networked control concepts and the integration of mechatronic systems. Standards, EMC & Safety: You know relevant standards, EMC requirements, functional safety and compliance requirements and can integrate them into your development work. Structure & System Thinking: You work structured in requirements engineering, system modeling and architecture decisions and always keeps the overall system in mind. Team skills & innovation joy: You are strong in communication, you like to work in an interdisciplinary way, bringing together analytical thinking and high motivation for technological innovation.
