Software Implementation Specialist – Xempus Enterprise (m/f/d)

Promote implementation: You drive the customer-specific implementation of the Xempus Enterprise brokerage management program together in the team.

Interface function: You act as a link between our colleagues from the department and Xempus Deutschland GmbH.

Recording requirements & Designing solutions: You accept technical and process requirements, design and evaluate possible solutions or solutions Implementation approaches based on existing configuration options in Xempus.

(Further) Developments Specify: If necessary, you will prepare a request description for (Further) Developments in Xempus.

Test & Documentation: You carry out structured, targeted tests of the implemented processes before the Go-Live, and create documentation for better traceability.

Qualification: completed training as an insurance businessman/woman, insurer/in or comparable qualification.

Expertise: Experience and knowledge in the field of occupational pensions (bAV).

Technical understanding: You will find pragmatic solutions for complex issues and bring a good technical understanding.

Self-initiative & Learning: High willingness to work deep into the complexity of Xempus Enterprise and to set up generic processes for a variety of customers.

Team spirit: You are power-oriented, helpful and like to work in the team – together we want to move something.

Language: flowing German and good English skills.
