Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

You enter our national and international customers in the daily business and are their competent contact person

You collect and process customer orders and ensure smooth order processing You start offerings and follow them in consultation with customers You coordinate delivery dates and agree closely with production, logistics and other departments You process customer requests, complaints and returns reliably and solution-oriented You support customer master files and support key account management in operating business

A successfully completed commercial training with good or very good grades, for example as an industrial businessman or a comparable qualification

Ideally, first professional experience in the sales service or in a comparable position A secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (French or Italian knowledge is advantageous) A pronounced customer orientation and communication strength A structured, careful and independent way of working Team skills, commitment and organisational skills
