Early Childhood Educator / Special Education Teacher / Social Educator (m/f/d)

With the new residential project “Down Town”, a new outpatient home offer is created for 10 people with physical and mental impairments that will live in individual apartments in Ahrensburg. From the outset, you will have the opportunity to co-design this project, build structures and, together with the tenants, create a place where community, diversity and security can be experienced.

Create a new housing offer together with us from 01.08.2026 in a unlimited activity with up to 30 hours per week.

The working time takes place mainly in the afternoon, evening and weekend hours, supplemented by a two-hour morning service and callfulness during the day.

Your tasks

Pedagogical assistance: In everyday life you accompany people with disabilities according to their individual needs. In doing so, you promote self-employment, personal skills and support the implementation of individual goals.

Social space orientation: Together with the tenants, you will get to know the social space, unlock opportunities for participation and help build contacts and network in the environment.

Everyday design: They accompany the tenants in household activities and help them organize their everyday life independently and safely. Nursing activities do not belong to your task.

Single and group offers: Besides individual offers plan and design group offers that promote community and mutual exchange.

Qualification: They have completed training as an educator or nurse or a completed study of social education/social work.
