Partner Advisor Sales Financing (m/f/d)

In order to provide our customers with the best service, we rely on a team of over 730 employees at 14 locations across Germany, who use their competencies for companies from various industries.

Develop and tax sustainable partner relationships as well as the entire partner onboarding incl. Contract completion, pricing setup and enablement. Enabled retailers in handling our digital tools (especially L7) and ensure consistent use of the self-service platform. Control sales performance based on relevant KPIs (pipeline, conversion, margin, activity) and conduct targeted measures. Develop and implement sales and binding measures (e.g. campaigns, incentives, joint business plans) for sustainable partner activation. Identify partner needs and translate them into concrete improvements of products, processes and services. Use CRM systems for structured control of forecast, pipeline and sales success. Coordinate internal interfaces (including risk, operations, product, IT, law & compliance) to ensure a smooth customer journey. Takes responsibility for the results in the sales area and actively promotes the digital transformation to the self-service model.

You have a commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification as well as experience in sales, partner management or financial services. You have a good understanding of sales management, KPIs, CRM systems and digital business models. You work structured, analytical and result-oriented and use data to actively control your sales activities. You convince by strong communication and negotiation capabilities in dealing with partners and internal stakeholders. You trade independently, entrepreneurially and enjoy actively shaping change and digital transformation.
