(Senior) Bid Manager EPCM Industry (m/f/d)

As Senior Bid Manager, you are responsible for managing complex supply and acquisition processes for national and international projects. Developing together with our departments, project teams and sales You tailor-made solutions for our customers and create the basis for successful project gains. You act as a central interface between customer requirements, project teams, costing and management. Your location? You decide! Control and coordination of complex supply and tender processes across the entire bid cycle Creation, consolidation and quality assurance of offers in close cooperation with planning, project management and expert teams

Development of bid, capture and acquisition strategies according to customer, market and project requirements and support in the development of suitable project and settlement strategies

Creation of calculations, personnel deployment planning, supply structures and performance images

Organisation and moderation of internal bid meetings and ensuring transparent communication between all parties

Coordination of internal stakeholders, partners and entrepreneurs during the supply phase

Preparation of management decisions and participation in Go/No-Go processes as well as support in customer presentations, offer discussions and award negotiations

Analysis of acquired and lost projects, derivation of optimization measures and continuous further development of the bid management processes using modern digital tools and AI-based applications

Complete study in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, utility technology or comparable technical or commercial qualification

Multiannual professional experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Capture Management, Project Management, Project Management or General Planning Environment or in comparable functions

Experience in creating, structuring or costing offers of advantage

Technical understanding of complex construction, industrial or infrastructure projects and a secure sense of economic relations and analytical issues

Structured working and joy in coordinating, promoting and developing complex issues

Impressed communication and organisational capacity, high level of self-initiative and sense of responsibility, and joy in cooperation with different disciplines and personalities

Enthusiasm for acquisition, the development of successful customer solutions and interest in international projects and intercultural cooperation

Very good knowledge of German and English
