Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the project business of the construction industry and in the care of relevant target groups Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees of advantage Embossed process-oriented thinking and cross-disciplinary working Secure handling of Microsoft Office and ideally SAP CRM Communication strength, organisational skills and negotiation security High readiness for travel within Baden-Württemberg
