As No. 1 in German high and engineering construction, ZÜBLIN offers a comprehensive range of services and develops tailor-made solutions for construction projects of all kinds and sizes in Germany and abroad. You enter your construction projects independently In particular, you are responsible for processing the input and output invoices Together with the building line, you will start the monthly performance reports and perform target/actual comparisons Maintenance of the work costing takes place with the construction team Project controlling at cost center level You are contact for the builder and the after-contractors in all commercial matters You always have a look at the receivables, payments and guarantees In addition, together with the technical project management, you will ensure compliance with all legal regulations and corporate guidelines
