Management and control of strategic (digitalization) projects across all phases, including active content collaboration in projects Analysis, continuous optimization, documentation and digitization of business processes Knowledge management, including creation of project and process documentation Communication with all stakeholders Change Management Coordination and implementation of workshops and training Information/ training of our employees on processes

Successfully completed study of a relevant subject (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity Detectional experience in project management; ideally relevant Certifications High IT affinity (especially MS Office, project management software) Advantageous knowledge of student administration and/or human resources management Representative consulting and moderation competence, clear and motivating communication and conflictability Positive adjustment with regard to changes and continuous optimization readiness to work quickly into new topics Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation, rapid understanding, organisational talent and high target and solution orientation Teamability, high customer and service orientation, high operational readiness, self-initiative and sense of responsibility
