Develop and document BIM standards
Work with building our site in Vienna
Create, update and rewrite project-BAP
Monitoring BIM quality throughout the project and ensuring that the information management processes are adhered to
Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors in relation to BIM activities and regular exchange of models
Persecution of new technologies, tools and processes for continuous improvement of the working method
Participation in strategic discussions with suppliers and the global BIM group of Exyte
At least 5 years of experience in a BIM leadership position
Controlling BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Plant 3D knowledge is a plus
Full understanding of the BIM method as described in ISO 19560 standards
Understanding the IFC Schema and IFC Import and Export Requirements for Revit
Embossed communication skills, self-initiative and problem-solving attitude
Current German and English
